Mary Rogenski

Mary Rogenski is the heart of Legacy Tire & Auto Repair and the matriarch of the Legacy family. She helps carry forward the shop’s long-standing commitment to honest service, strong relationships, and taking care of people the right way. Around Legacy, Mary is known for keeping everyone in check, making sure things get done, and somehow making sure everyone is fed along the way. Outside of the shop, Mary is a proud wife, mother, and Mimi to Brody, Sadie, and Coconut. Her steady presence, care for the team, and deep connection to family help make Legacy feel less like a repair shop and more like a place customers can count on.

Rich Rogenski

Rich Rogenski is the steady leader behind Legacy Tire & Auto Repair and a familiar face to customers throughout the Valley. He helps guide the shop with the same values Legacy was built on: honest service, hard work, and taking care of people like family. Rich is known for his strong work ethic, deep community roots, and commitment to making sure every customer feels confident in the care their vehicle receives. Outside of the shop, Rich is a proud husband, dad, papa, friend, and mentor whose dedication to his family and community is felt in everything he does.

Brian Rogenski

Brian is a proud husband to Colleen, father to Brody and Sadie, and an important part of the Legacy Tire & Auto Repair family. As a business owner, he takes pride in being hands-on and helping make sure Legacy stays true to the values it was built on: hard work, honesty, family, and taking care of people.

For Brian, Legacy is more than a business. It is a family legacy built around treating customers like family, supporting employees, and creating something his children can one day be proud of. Outside of the shop, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and putting his love of cooking to work.

Wayne Thomas

Wayne Thomas serves as the Service Manager at Legacy Tire & Auto Repair, bringing nearly a decade of automotive experience along with a strong corporate background as a former Merchandising Regional Manager. His blend of operational leadership and mechanical knowledge helps keep the shop running efficiently while supporting a team culture built on customer service, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.

A proud Youngstown resident, Wayne enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his two pups, Henry and Brady. Outside of work, he also enjoys home improvement projects, landscaping, following the auto industry, and hitting the open road in his Mustang.

Tori Kover

Tori is one of the friendly faces customers see when they visit Legacy. She brings warmth, dedication, and a true customer-first attitude to the front counter every day. She is known for her genuine kindness and her commitment to making each auto and tire repair experience as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible. Outside of the shop, Tori is a huge dog lover and enjoys staying active. Her home is happily ruled by her three dogs, Duke, Dixie, and Kia, and she also enjoys riding 4-wheelers with her fiancée, Megan.

CJ

CJ brings dealership experience and a strong appreciation for classic vehicles to the Legacy Tire & Auto Repair team. His background in the automotive industry gives him a solid understanding of customer service, vehicle care, and the importance of doing the job right. Around the shop, CJ is a dependable part of the team and enjoys helping customers feel confident in the care their vehicles receive.

Outside of work, CJ is a proud dad and a longtime fan of old muscle cars. He owns a 1976 Pontiac Ventura and enjoys listening to old vinyl records on his stereo system. He also likes going antiquing and finding pieces with a little history behind them.

Caulin Sobeski

Caulin is one of Legacy’s dedicated mechanics and a trusted part of the team that keeps things running smoothly every day. He is especially skilled with Acura, Honda, Subaru, and Toyota vehicles, bringing strong repair knowledge and a calm, easygoing presence to the shop. Though soft-spoken, Caulin is selfless, dependable, and always focused on the safety and well-being of others. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive fishing with his best friend and spending time with his dog. His reliability, compassion, and repair expertise make him an invaluable part of our Legacy.

Devin Black

Devin is an ASE Certified Automotive Technician with more than 10 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. He takes pride in providing reliable repairs, accurate recommendations, and exceptional service to every customer who trusts Legacy with their vehicle. Devin has a true passion for the automotive industry and enjoys using his skills to help the community. Outside of the shop, he enjoys spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles, off-roading, and learning new skills. He is also a proud husband to his wife, Raina, and father of five amazing children.

Colleen Rogenski

Colleen is a proud wife to Brian and mom to Brody and Sadie, and family is truly at the center of
her world. As part of the Legacy Tire & Auto Repair family, she works behind the scenes
supporting HR, paperwork, and the many details that help keep the business running smoothly.
Colleen believes being part of a family-owned business also means being part of the
community. She enjoys supporting local schools, helping community organizations, and finding
ways for Legacy to give back. For her, Legacy is about family, hard work, helping others, and
building something meaningful for generations to come.

Stephanie Dubbs

Stephanie brings more than 20 years of marketing and business experience to Legacy, along with a BSBA in Business Management from Youngstown State University. She has worked with large corporate organizations, but her roots trace back to the Valley, where she began her career with the B.J. Alan Company. At Legacy, Stephanie helps support the shop’s marketing, community outreach, and customer communications. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their pup, Coconut, along with traveling, fitness, baking, wine, classic rock concerts, and weekend trips with her girlfriends.
